  2. Hm, something is going wrong with the download. I click on the link, then a site appears with two download choices: "gold" and "regular". I click on the "regular", and a new page appears that wants me to enter my cellphone number to purchase a weekly subsription that will cost me 2,99 Euro each week.

    What do I do wrong?

    1. Hello, Marco,

I just try the link right now and it works ok. I click "regular download", wait 22 seconds; in the next page I type the letters asked and the link to download appears, without cellphone numbers. Please, try again, if it persists, send a mail and I will send the model directly to you, ok?

  3. Damn I love this. I mean really. My wife Susan really took to it. I love how you mixed your colors and the textures are outstanding. All you need to do is add the gondola. This is a very special one you have made for all of us. You are a artist. If i had the space I would build everyone of your models and place on display. You have made a lot of people happy. I hope you know this. Beautiful craftsmanship. Including the all the photos will help me a lot too. Thank you. wc

  5. This is amazing! Are you print it in A4 size? I'm thinking about printing it in half of A4, but I'm afraid that it would be too small to build. I want to know the size of the model(width and height), thanks! ^^

    1. Hello, Friend,

The model is made to be originally printed in A4. The dimensions of the assembled model are:

      height= 16 cm - width= 10 cm lenght with the base= 13 cm

To print in this size, use medium-weight paper, something like 100 grams. For his model, printed in A4, I used 180 grams.

Thanks for the visit and greetings from Brazil!

And I'd like to suggest to try using mediafire.com for your uploads, there's no waiting time and no "PURCHASE OUR PREMIUM SERVICE NOW" popping up everywhere.

  9. Absolutely incredible, I love it, thank you very much!

Is there any way to get it in a better resolution? Maybe something scalable instead of the BMP (a greater resolution BMP would do as well), since the curved parts (rod tops) look too pixelated to trim.

    Best regards,
    Jose.

    1. Hello, Jose,

Unfortunately I do not have better resolution for this model. In fact, this model was thought to have this aspect, as most of my models. I really like the result of the low resolution, like an old smoky painting. Sorry by this!

Thanks for the visit and greetings from Brazil! :)

  10. Very nice, i like it :)

I'm starting to play a new miniature wargame called Carnevale, set on 17th century Venice (official site is on http://vesper-on.com), and since there's no official game boards yet, fans are making their own. I'm gonna try and make one such board sometime next year, and i suspect this piece should fit right in, i think the size is just right for the 28mm minis. Next week i'll make an experimental build and see if it fits or if it needs some resizing. If so, it should help the ambience of the board quite nicely.

Also here's another papercraft gondola (although it's simpler, only one page, and without color, a wooden texture would help a lot and i think the size is right too):
